A Rectangular Vibro Sieve (also called a rectangular vibratory sieve/screener) is an industrial screening machine designed for high-capacity, continuous separation of powders and granules. Its elongated rectangular deck provides larger screening area than round vibro sieves, making it ideal for bulk processing lines.

How it works

Material is fed at one end of the rectangular screen. One or more vibration motors create linear/elliptical motion, moving material across the mesh. Oversize travels to the discharge end, while undersize passes through the screen.
